At Classic Silks, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality textile products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unwashed

In its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Free from stains, damage, or alterations

Note: Items marked as final sale, customized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or refund, please check the return eligibility for the product on the product page itself.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at classicsilks.sk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Upon guidance by our team securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
